Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us or chat with us (by clicking the chat button on the right bottom of the window). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (*Please note that we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping returns. The cost of shipping a returned item will be deducted from your refund), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for store credit.
Missing or stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact or control over the package. *Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.
We kindly request our valued customers to ensure accurate shipping address information is entered at checkout to prevent any inconvenience caused by missing packages. Please note that in the event of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility for the loss of such packages. It is important to mention that in some cases, the packages will be returned to our facility. However, we kindly ask customers to bear the reshipping costs associated with these returned packages. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards, book, magazine, and exclusive items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
